I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago, booked for me by my client in Wolfsberg, and when I got there I could understand why he booked it, with incredible views over the valley below. However, despite being friendly enough at check-in the hotel owners soon proved themselves to be some of the rudest, uncaring and shockingly inconsiderate people... More
