The hotel is located outskirts Villach... nowhere near the center or the thermal bath (which at the time of our stay was under construction). The hotel staff was very rude and arrogant. The Familienresidenz Villach operates as an Hotel, not as an Apartment Hose, but they advertise itself as RCI Apartment.
