Just OK. Breakfast extra is a bit expensive. No easy parking if with a car: it's street, city centre parking slots. Can be loudish to the street side. Rooms not particularly large or airy, sort of darkish decor. Staff very friendly and helpful , though that should be standard anyway. more

Stayed here for one night with my parents. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and functional. My single room had a small double bed. Bathrooms with bath as well as shower. The hotel is centrally located near the central town square, in the historic district. The art nouveau facade hides a modernised hotel. Probably the most friendly staff I have encountered at reception in Austria. Very helpful, but the small ventilator offered in lieu of a non existant air condition was no real help. This fully handicapped accessible hotel is located in the heart of Klagenfurt within walking distance of most attractions. The room itself was large with basic furnishings and no outstanding amenities. Our room was right above the pedestrian walkway so it was quite noisy in the evening and into the night with loud passers-by, but the addition of double pane windows... more

I've stayed twice in this hotel and I really loved it. It is located right in the centre of the town, in the close vicinity of the shopping zone. The rooms are wonderful. I especially loved the breakfast area. more

Booked through kayak.com/venere.com. Simply charming old hotel in the heart of Klagenfurt - yet totally modern. The desk and wait staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Kudos especially to Michela at the front desk and Harry in the bar/restaurant. Rooms are large and very well appointed. The breakfasts are better than anything we've ever had in Europe.... more
