Excellent beds and accommodations. But room was hot even with a fan and windows open at night. Would stay there again in winter months

We stayed in the villa - the room was brilliantly designed, decorated and appointed - best I've ever stayed in. Breakfast (and serving staff) was also fantastic. Reception staff typical for the region, but certainly not rude or unhelpful. Overall fantastic hotel.

Stayed in a cosy room on the 3rd floor. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing and although room service was limited they made a great ham and cheese toasted sandwich when the stomach started rumbling.
