We spent two nights in Graz in second half of August. Upon arriving Graz by train, we took bus from the station to the closest stop and the hotel is around 100 metres away. It is in the other side of the city centre but just a few minutes walk. The receptionists are very friendly at check-in.
The room is basic but is sizeable. We reserved a triple room, a double bed plus a sofa bed. The original room (N0. 209) that we reserved in internet was without air-con. Since it was really so hot on the day that we asked for a change with air-con. Additional fee of EUR 7.- was applied.
The new room (No. 310) was also big. Since we asked for room by around 8:30 pm that the maid was already off duty. However, the girls at the reception were very helpful and managed to convert the sofa in a bed, and provide all necessary toiletries.
Breakfast was included in the room rate. It was basic. Juice, bread, chesse and ham, etc. were provided.
