Upon arrival we were greated by the staff who quickly picked up my embarresing lack of German language but despite this the friendly staff checked us in with relative ease. We were escorted to our rooms and the concierge carried what luggage he could to the 2nd floor for us there was no elevator (this is the only negative statement I could say about my visit) for me I could use the exercise but I would imagine for the elderley or less able person the stairs could become a chore. After finding out that breakfast was served at 6:30am my colleague and I were greeted every morning by the most polite and accomodating lady. The breakfast buffet was all you could expect of a continental breakfast, delicious smoked ham and cheese, yogurt, a selection of cereals and fresh fruits were common fare. We were asked each morning if we wanted fresh hot coffee and my most favourite part was that the bread rolls and pastries came freshly baked from the hotels oven.
