Terrible hotel. Double superior room awful. All equipment in the room are old. Creepy bad, dirty floor. Small things but: - in the offer via booking.com in superior should be desk and radio (any of those available) - set of cosmetics (not available) or if you called soap as cosmetic - yes it was available - instead of room for... On march 5th we booked a 'superior suite' for our family, to stay from 22nd to 25th May. On arrival, the suite was a dingy, dark and very worn room with a broken shuttered balcony, overlooking the recycling skips. The bed was very old and creaky, the children's bed(s) was a small sofabed (to share) and to top it all,... More

This hotel is excellent value for a 3 star hotel. Rooms are large and clean, with free internet access in rooms and a free internet terminal in the reception area. The hotel surroundings are fairly quiet, but be sure to ask reception if you have a particular need for a quiet room. Breakfasts provide a wide range of the excellent... More

Went there about 1 year ago . It was a very nice hotel , with kind service. Also the room was very clean and from the window you can see the streets , which is also a good panorama. The money you pay are good spended . Suggest to go there at once and try the comfortable bed.

I should point out that I really didn't pay very much for my room here so I shall try to take that into consideration. Before arriving I had written to ask for a quiet room and was sent to the very back of the hotel where I found the equivalent of a Monk's Cell. It was tiny and spartan but... More

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Basic but clean and good rooms. Breakfast had more than eough to choose from, continental style. Centrally located in the middle of town. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, and short walking distance to the castle.

The location is perfect. All sightseeings are in walking distance or easily accesed by tram. Very good breakfast (for a 3* hotel). Clean. Room was too standard, furniture was too basic, (room) decoration waspoor. A huge problem in rooms is the bathroom: Bath-tube is the narroer one I have ever seen; if you are not too skinny, even if you... More

We stayed for three nights, and had a mixed experience. Accommodation was excellent - our 'room' turned out to be two doubles, plus a single, plus a generous-sized bathroom. The breakfasts were also good, continental style, with a wide range of things to eat and drink. The downside was the noise. The hotel is located very conveniently near to the... More

Spent 4 nights there. Very good hotel. Nice reception, welcomed, eager to help and explain. Very big room, all is clean, big bathroom (the only problem for me was that no curtains in a bath in order to take a shower but it's not a big deal). Breakfast is quite nice: viraety of juces, teas, omelette, ham, cheese etc, all... More
