This hotel has the best view in Steyr. You should ask a room with a view on the river. It is simply wonderful. The service of this family owned hotel is very kind and even when during my stay they had no restaurant service due to renovation they offered advise to other place. Nice "romantik hotel"

The location of hotel is great, as well as the view you will get from its rooms or restaurant. The service was nice and friendly. However, the room I have got was very worn-out. I do not expect a brand new furniture, but the one in the room was at least 30 years old. To top it all, the bathroom... More

I recently returned from a six day stay in Steyr. We love the Minichmayr and have stayed here twice now. The setting in the middle of the old city at the confluence of the Steyr and Enns Rivers can simply not be beat. You look out your window (DO get a riverview room) and on one side you see St... More

We arrived late in the afternoon and got a worm welcome. The receptionist tried his best to help with a problem we had. The town is beautiful and we got a room with the river's view. Breakfast was nice. We are sure to go there again if in the area.

We stayed one night but Not to recommend! Very old hotel, with rooms even older! It is not known the meaning of the word it clean in the rooms at the hotel it! The funniest thing was at the checkout: they asked if we had taken something from the mini bar .... pity that it was empty and not working!... More

Naturally it would be raining the day we arrived after a demanding train ride from Mainz to Steyr. Although the hotel is a very easy 5-minute walk into town, trying to save the 5Euro taxi ride would be false economy when bags would arrive soaked. Besides, the short ride into town gave us a quick look at the confluence of... More

A beautiful hotel in a very lovely village,Steyr. The hotel is situated on the crossing of 2 rivers. Magnificent location, very good service, friendly staff, nice restaurant. If you visit it in summer, choose the tables of the restaurant that are placed on the bridge to drink a bottle of austrian wine; you will fall in love with what you will... More
