there is a reason why I always choose this hotel when I am in Linz. Sadly enough they are so popular that sometimes spontaneous bookings are impossible.

I have been a customer at this hotel for many years, almost two decades (back in the day it was a Marriott before it was a Courtyard), but although names changes, the service and quality remained the same! Very trendy redecoration, partly new staff, altogether a great hotel. Highly recommendable for every business traveler!

Several women working at the front desk were unable to understand our fluent English OR German well enough to understand that we were three women who needed three separate beds. The hotel was nice, as were the rooms. The desk person was a bleached blonde 20 something with a surly attitude who basically told us to go away when we complained that the internet access did not work (and it did not). This hotel is a little out of the centre of town, so potentially not the best option for sightseeing or enjoying the Linz nightlife. However it's excellent for business, being convenient for the airport and the Design Centre. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the restaurant food is much better than you would normally expect in a hotel.
