“I believe this qualifies as a real "find"”

This "guesthouse" (actually a small hotel) provided by far the best value of any place I stayed during my recent auto tour of Austria: 35 Euro(!) for a large, bright, clean, and recently refurnished room (mattress a little firm) with large attached private bathroom.
