An excellent hotel in the center of Baden, overlooking the spa gardens and Casinos. With parking underneath the hotel. We chose the Herzoghof chiefly for parking reasons and liked it well. A largely renewed "grand dame" in an old but pleasant spa resort, it was very nice, well run and well worth a stay of more than the one night which our driving itinerary allowed. We were recently guests of this hotel for a conference, and I must say that the service and the quality of the hotel have improved greatly since our last stay 3 years ago. The staff was very helpful and courteous, spoke wonderful english and the location can't be beat! Avoid the hustle and bustle of Vienna and stay in Baden.... More

“we love this hotel , hope we will be back”

Hotel Herzoghof is best located, next to the beautiful park and the casino with very nice view to both. Breakfast was rich and delightful, staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking is available in a location near by. Rometherme is only two minutes walk so pedestrian area as well , with a lot of elegant shops, boutiques and coffeehouses.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Mercure Baden Herzoghof for 6 nights in July, 2005. We thought that the hotel was wonderful and the Baden area beautiful.
