Essentially a Novotel, but a very snazzy one! Hotel and rooms functional and comfortable, and nicely designed, and hotel is very central. I would think that you could not get a better deal in central Monaco. I would recommend this, even though I usually look for something slightly alternative. I don't think you are going to find this in Monaco.... more

Have to say was very worried by some comments on here, but we have had the most wonderful 4 days staying here. We found all of the staff to be very pleasant. On checking in we arrived early, they took our bags to keep so we could go off and explore until the 2pm check in time. There was a... more

Stayed here about 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience. They will not let you check in at all before 2pm and a bulldog at reception will tell you exactly that. It is a Novotel but offers no porter service and apparently doesn't honor requests for early check in - seriously, tell me all the rooms would have been... more

Considering Monte Carlo is expensive to stay in, this is a good deal. We paid £125 for the night without breakfast in advance and when we arrived the standard rate was for EURO 240! Well worth booking in advance. It was very clean and quite comfortable, pretty much what you would expect and it was very well located for the... more

Recently I had invited a guest into Novotel Monaco and wanted to pay her stay with my Accor bonus points. It was a horrible experience. The worst value for money in Monaco. Management and staff are rude and incompetent. They have the total "NO! NOT POSSIBLE!" attitude. 1. Example: I had booked a room online at the standard rate (fully... more

Stayed here for a work trip the first week of June. Stay on the 11th floor if you can, all rooms face Port Hercule and the Mediterranean. The bar is great, although it's pretty dead. No complaints, this was a great place to stay....good price by Monaco standards. more

This hotel was wonderful! It's in a great location (about 5-10 mins walk from the casino and close to the station - around 5 mins walk if you come out the correct exit [don't follow the Jardin Exotique signs - brings you out further away, but still not a long walk]) and is lovely! We got a free upgrade and... more

Lovely holiday with friends. Booked Novotel for the price as 8 of us were travelling together, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Staff in the Novotel were lovely, if a bit understaffed at breakfast. The views from the terrace were amazing and the hotels location was ideal - It's on a hill but so is everything in Monaco. Public escalators... more

Well the Best thing about the hotel is the location! Near the casino and a 10 minute walk to the port, which you do have to walk down 2 killer section of stairs as a major shortcut to it, made it a great base for exploring the city. It is also very near the station but make sure you get... more

I can only confirm many of the previous reviews. Excellent value (compare their prices with those higher rated under tripadvisor!), clean and comfortable, well located and very good selection at breakfast. Only down side was slightly rude staff when we checked in; staff when we checked out couldn't have been nicer! Unless you have mega bucks to spend in Monaco,... more
