We booked a last minute deal to stay in the EuroSki the first week in March. Got a bargain at £260, so the hotel was really excellent value! The hotel was located exactly where we expected it was - between Soldeu and El Tarter. Each morning there is a free mini-bus (7 passengers) to take you to the slopes at... more

Was really surprised by the negative reviews of this hotel as we found it excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean (no tea-making facilities - bring a kettle if this is important to you!), quiet hotel. The staff were efficient in solving any problems we had. We were a varied party of 3 skiers and... more

Having become tired of staying in poorly-located chalets with constant interruptions from feral children whilst attempting to engage in conversation during meals, I was somewhat alarmed upon entering the hotel to have apparently stumbled upon the auditions for the Child Catcher's cage for the stage version of Chitty, Chitty, Bang-Bang. Now, I fully understand that our week's stay occured at... more

My fiancee' and I spent a week here, snowboarding, before our wedding . Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.Ours had a view overlooking the river. Mini bus to the slopes was great, and we never had to wait much more than five minutes ,in either direction.Never experienced any of the congestion mentioned by other reviewers. Pool was great to relax in after... more

My friends and I have recently returned from a weeks ski trip and found the Esqui hotel superb on all levels. With friendly staff, clean rooms and an atmosphere that helps you relax we would highly recommend it! The food was varied, hot and abundant, even catering for the fussiest of eaters. (which unfortunately we had) The free bus ride... more

Good hotel in a fairly quiet location. FREE hotel bus to the El Tarter lifts, but a 'bit of a walk' to Soldeu. Agree with other post re: jacuzzi (get in there before 16:30 and it will be OK). The swimming pool is small and while I was there, the pH was 'off the scale'....a bit like swimming in 'Domestos'... more

We stayed at the Hotel Euro Esqui from the 27th Jan for one week. When we arrived check in was quick and easy and our room was nice and just what we needed. The location was ok for us, free bus to the gondola in El Tarter was easy to get and it took about 20 minutes to walk into... more

Overall I agree with most of the comments on here. For me the location was the hotel's biggest downside. The walk back from Soldeu (post pub) was fine as it's all downhill but the walk up is a good 20 mins & after a long day on the slopes... Apart from that the food was OK. Breakfast was good. The... more

Read the reviews from last year and thought we would give it a try as we don't usually stay at the same place twice. With respect, others that have said the food was great have obviously not stayed at the Sport Hotel in Soldeu. The food there far exceeded the Euro Esqui both in choice and, the fact that you... more

Booked a ski holiday at the last minute and had to go to Euro Esqui. The location was poor as it is located between el Tartar and Soldeu. We were very impressed at first by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were modern and well maintained. The hotel ran a transfer bus which was great but this meant you... more
