Suitable for couples and familys. Zero entertainment - you make your own. Beautiful chalet style hotel - very atmospheric. Food quality and choice first class. Waiting staff attentive, particularly as my daughter is celiac and required gluten free - excellent and plenty of choice. Rooms spacious, very clean, however a bit dated although on-going refurbishment in progress. Location the best... More

We stayed at the Sport Village in February 2014 for 11 nights skiing We misunderstood that although I thought I had booked for spa access in fact this was a one off access in off peak time. The Spa is amazing but not cheap at €37 each. We booked direct and did not include supper, supper is then extortionate and... More

Enjoyable one week ski trip at beginning of February 2015 in a group. For: Comfortable room with balcony and good mountain view. Very handy for the gondola. Excellent buffet dinner with great and varied choice. Great staff. Against: Not much really.... The spa looks great but at 30 something euros was a bit too much to justify just a dip... More

We'd previously stayed at the sport hotel over the road and had always enjoyed it, other than the fact that the views from your window were generally of walls. We decided this year to spend the bit extra for a decent viewing opted for the sport village. Our room was right above the runway off the slopes and was great... More

Staff are very helpful and the breakfast buffet is great but that's where it ends. The hotel is not 4* value. The reception area is freezing with an icy blast through the main door which is always open. If you are lucky enough to get seating around the bar take a blanket with you. Also the bar lacks atmosphere as... More

We stayed here over Christmas 2014. Our party consisted of four adults. We had a twin mountain view room on the fourth floor and a relax suite on the level below the restaurant room 3201. On our arrival and on first impression, the lobby area was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We were ignored when we first arrived, but when... More

- Room service but no menus - Not allowed to serve tap water only bottled water - No hot water in rooms in the evenings only ever tepid warm - Freezing cold lobby/reception area blankets available but grudgingly given out by reception - No wifi in rooms only in public areas - Avoid rooms that start 1103 as very noisey... Staff are helpful but hotel has delusions of grandeur- lobby nearly 4 star, but rooms def 3 star. No coffee machine or kettle, no room service (or at least not obvious), each afternoon had a Luke warm shower and this evening it was cold! Spa is a rip off at €37 plus €12 for plastic shoes, and no we can't... More
