Super room (I won’t say which as its the second year running we have enjoyed it and don’t want it overbooked). The restaurant is very good and the drinks package works out good value even if you are not a big drinker. Spa also very good afterva day on the slopes. Friendly staff throughout.

My 13th or so time in Arinsal and about 5th time at this and the neighbouring hotel. Room was lovely with comfy bed, fresh bottle of water every day and pillow menu (found on last day!). Had mini bar but as no price list assumed this was at charge so didnt use. Bathroom very old, cracked sink, in bath covers fell off jacuzzi jets when used and not refixed by housekeeping so stayed off for next 8 days. Worse though, thick long black hairs on bathroom floor and round bath taps on arrival and stayed there for 4 days (yuk). Cleaning in bathroom not done to a good standard through whole of stay. Breakfast limited and when ordered 'full english' it turned up cold, greasy and inedible. Overall a decent stay but would not class this hotel as a 5*

Stayed here with my son, 9 YO - 1st Ski trip on the slopes. Lets go from the beginning ... Check in was OK, greeted by someone pretty nice and sensible , they hit you with a tax for staying. No issues with that, they then check you in and point you in the direction of the rooms, we were 5204 - Main building upstairs. Room was comfy and clean, bit tired but we were only using it as a base for sleeping and getting changed so no issues. Had a suite with a jacuzzi in it - One bed, no sofa bed made up, again, no issue, he was always going to crash in the bed with me, albeit, any other 5* would have asked the question when you book a room with 2 beds? ... - Maybe ambitious ... Went for breakfast few bits have a supplement, but not a big deal, I get that the last couple of years have been tough on the industry and its only a couple of Euro's , day 1 all good, no issues, headed up the slope (Gondola is about 2 mins away) wasn't an issue collected tickets and went up. Job done - No hotel issues. Got back day 2 - Went in got changed, enquired about the spa, both of us thought we could do with a little chill in the pool , they then tell you that you can only take kids in between 12-6... Bit of an issue in ski season in my opinion, I asked if there is a way to amend the policy, he had lessons at 12 so was a pain, and we could have gone in before as was no bookings, ultimately refused so booked for 5pm the next day. Went down at 4:55 - given some towels, some flip flops and a reception from the most miserable 2 people I have met in a while... Went in, no issues, 5:58, the 2 happy people from the spa come in and moan that 5-6 of us haven't left, we'd booked till 6 & paid till 6... but clearly the 2 minutes were for exiting... the spa, not for using your hour. No biggy I guess.... But WTF, you pay for a pool, then are chased out, I'm not one for taking advantage, however would like to have an hour rather than feel like that's the time I have to be out of the changing rooms. Next day we didn't bother booking it, went out for dinner and then went downstairs to play bowling and arcade games, nice little feature tbf, take some euro coins downstairs. Jacuzzi suite isn't worth it, as it took about 2 hours to fill up and its not great for having a shower in (water leaks off the site) but overall it was a pleasant stay, in both location and the general hotel. No real complaints other than the agreement it doesn't really feel like a 5*, probably a 4* at best ... Would I go back, for convenience, yeah, for the spa, no, but in general it was all ok, probably didn't feel like I got value for the price, but we enjoyed the trip... Fairly busy hotel but I think this is location driven.

Dear Andy, We appreciate that you have taken the time to evaluate us, for us both your positive comments and especially the comments on what we have to improve. For us it is very important that the client feels good in our house and that the treatment received at the Spa has not been up to par is something that we must investigate and prevent it from happening again. Knowing that in general terms his stay was positive for us, it is very important to improve what he did not think was correct. We hope to receive you on a new occasion and that the feeling is different and positive. All the best.

Whoever granted this hotel 5-star status, was feeling fairly charitable. It’s definitely not 5-star by any international standard. Neither in terms of quality of accommodation, reception, facilities, or services. It was distinctly over-priced, with hour long pricey session in the spa facilities which for us as a family would cost us €46 per visit. I absolutely expect to pay for spa treatments, however a dip in the jacuzzi should not attract a €46 per hour visit at the end of a ski day. I know COVID has hit the industry hard, but that is not an excuse to squeeze every cent out of the guests for basic service. That invariably ends up in bad reviews and lost business. The room was pricey and tiny. We paid over €300 per night for a cramped room. It was like someone tried to take little pieces of luxury, stuck it in a shoe box and shook it. The space between the minibar and the bed was about 14 inches. The reception in off the street was akin to a cheap motel in mid-western US. Everything was packed in, and so out of place. The bowling bar downstairs was grubby, and screamed cheap. Probably not a place to go and relax whilst the kids bowl. The bowling alley was tired and perhaps should have been re-fitted to be 5-star standard. The 4-star restaurant was ok. Food choices were reasonable. High point. There are a few saving graces, which is why it hit 2 stars on this review. Proximity to the lift system, and staff are pretty friendly. Two things I could have and should have paid a lot less money for and stayed elsewhere. Lesson learned. I notice that 1 and 2 star reviews get responses with apologies, saying that these experiences are the exception any not the rule. No offers of reparation however. So I absolutely expect this to be ignored by the hotel. There are however enough reviews on here that feel the same that should tell you to not risk your money. Look elsewhere folks if you want a 5-star break. If on the other hand you want to pay 5-star prices up front, then pay high additional tariffs for limited access to a jacuzzi, visit a grubby bar with a tired bowling alley, then this is the place for you. Not 5-star. 3-star at best. A few 4-star points here and there but you have to look for them.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff! Was very welcomed by the receptionists David and Daniella, they were really nice and sweet. Fernando in the restaurant provided very good service and the food was delicious. The room was good with a great view over the Arinsal Valley! The spa was also nice and there were many things to chipsen between. Great and varuhus breakfast! Can strongly recommend to stay at Hotel Diana Parc!

Sadly we chose to stay here at the end of February as part of a ski break. We opted to take the all inclusive package, advertised to us as exactly that- no extras! So i'm going to start with the good points- Easy access to the gondola- a couple minutes walk away. Certain male reception staff- very helpful. David in particular and another chap (he did the luggage) whose name i have forgotten- sorry! Beds comfortable in the rooms. Now to the not so good points- All inclusive doesn't deliver. The cocktail bar was limited to less than a handful of "cheap drinks". In the main lobby bar it includes most of the liqueurs to make the cocktails! Breakfast time in the restaurant serves the same substandard rubbish as the main buffet in the princessa. To really add insult they like to charge £3 for a poached egg!!!!! Eggs Benedict £7... the list goes on with "extras" Spa- thankfully all inclusive gives you access to one hour in the spa per day, including time for getting changed etc! We did pay a lot of money for massages, these are routine massages- if you can even call them that! We both felt cheated and ripped off! Bowling alley- dirty and grubby! says it all! Restaurant evening- The service was beyond shocking, from arrival you are ignored and the staff look at you and treat you like your interrupting them. Food quality looks good on the menu until it arrives, beef fillet turns into pork fillet! chocolate fondant hard sponge with icing on top. We had a female waitress sneeze on her hands and proceed to put our cutlery down! This lead us to eat in the princessa buffet for the remainder of our stay!!! Princessa Buffet- Always had something to eat, not the best quality but did the job! Room- Room was clean on arrival, but the bath and toilet were filthy! I'd strongly advise turning the jets on, all the black gunk that came out! Shudders! Service- There's a massive element here that the staff work split shifts, i reckon, leaving them tired and miserable! Any reasonable and basic request was left with a sigh! Hygiene- Massive issue, no hand towels in the toilets next to buffet, no alcohol gel to wipe with. Having looked at the responses on TripAdvisor it's clear that management don't care, same robotic responses as always. My advice don't be lured in with false ratings, go elsewhere!

We booked this hotel for 1 night during our ski trip as a birthday treat as it was my birthday during the holiday and we fancied a bit of luxury, I was hit on the head with wood as the framing around the doorway in the room fell off as I was walking though it, the hotel took over an hour to send someone to fit, who just taped it back up and left the loose plaster and mess in the room, it then took another hour to change rooms as we requested, the only apology offered was 2 passes to the spa. The 'jacuzzi' bath in the room was dirty and the bits around the jets kept falling off The room was noisy and you could hear people moving around above you all night For the price you pay and the fact it is supposed to be 5 star, you would expect better and also expect breakfast and the spa to be with the price Don't bother with this hotel, it completely ruined my birthday and the staff couldnt care less
