Hello Everybody

As you might have guessed from the title this review will be giving absolutely zero recognition to the arctic hotel in andorra le vella, it is by far THE most appalling hotel, - dare I call it a hotel! that I have stayed in. You may note from your own research that this hotel has been given 3 stars it does even live up to 1 star in my opinion.I walked in to reception with my girlfriend who luckily enough was able to communicate with them in spanish but we had to wait in the reception 5-6 mins before seeing a soul and even then i had to go around the hotel shouting to try and get someones attention! Anyway we arrived to the hotel about 1230 and told the rooms were not even ready, the excuse was they had a group of kids that did not check out in time and the rooms were not cleaned, so this resulted in us having to leave all our bags in reception, now not that i didnt trust the staff but I certainly didnt feel comfortable leaving my belongings including hundreds... more
