We had a very nice room, exceptionally clean & tidy. Buffet Breakfast was also very good, with waiters very efficient. Let down when came to check out, waited more than 20 minutes, only one receptionist at 10am. Difficult to get a manager/director. When came accepted known problems and were very appologetic.
