The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of Andorra la Vella, in front of the river, at walking distance of everything in town. Personnel is charming and when I was there (April), there were hardly any other clients, so we were pampered. The breakfast buffet is quite good and large. Rooms are comfortable, but to our surprise we realized... More

Location is decent for shopping access, Caldea spa is a 15 minute walk as well. Hotel is mediocre overall. Rooms are small and in need of some repair. Hall noise was a distraction but desk was not willing to move us. Beds are ok, temperature was difficult to control to find a comfortable level. Pool and fitness is in another... More

We have stayed at the Novotel Andorra on 4 occasions now and we find it comfortable, clean and convenient. The rooms are adequate and the bed was good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient but at a charge (12 Euro per night). The location was ideal for access to shops. Unfortunately, we can not recommend... Andorra is one of those countries it is nice to say you have been to. There is really nothing going on in the city of Andorra la Vella in February. The hotel was fine and, unlike most others, I always find it a bit exotic when the staff doesn't speak English. There is a public car park close to the... More

In general, most Andorran hotels exaggerate their star ratings, and secondly, they are more or less similar. Offering basic services, underwhelming our expectations and charging at fairly high Euros. Why? Because there is always strong demand for rooms - from skiers, duty-free shoppers from Spain and France, adventure hikers, etc. We cannot really benchmark Andorran hotels against an equivalently-claimed 4... The hotel is well located to do shopping down town et is very near the ski slopes ( 15 minutes from the cable railway of the town of Encamp). The breakfast buffet is huge and varied, with a good selection of local specialities: cured ham, bread with tomatoe, manchegocheese. The dinner buffet is decent but a little expensive if you... Novotel Andorra Here what happened: I have made a reservation for my family days off 2 months ago. Got the "advance purchase rate - prepaid" for 2 rooms and 3 days. About 600 euros. Than received and email from Accor with a receipt of 600 euros prepaid. Ok. When checking out. They charged me 200 euros with I didn't agree... More
