We were all really looking forward to staying here, as we stayed in Latchi last year in a villa. This is the worst choice of hotel we ever could have made. The staff are very unfriendly, the food is the worst food we have ever had at a hotel. They do NOT cater for children. Ice creams for children are... More

We have recently stayed at Akamanthea Holiday Village. Overall it was a nice experience. The room was very comfortable and clean and features a small kitchen. The staff was amazing, very hospitable. Breakfast was fine. The gardens are lovely as is the pool area.

Cannot recommend the Akamanthea enough for it to be fully recognised for how much of a great experience it is. My sister and I and our three boys have been home for just one week and we miss it so much already, cannot big up the lovely people who run this, thank you, Charlotte, for looking after us from the... I have been coming to this hotel for a few years and every year it seems to get better. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, the food has improved substantially since my last visit and they have a wide variety of Cypriot and international food on offer. The views are fantastic and the beach is only a short... More

Best feature was the view of the sea from both the bedroom and the sitting room. The apartment was clean and was equipped with brand new electrical appliances. The fridge was large and there were even a washing machine and a dishwasher. There was a nice overflow swimming pool and nice gardens. The climate in that area is very good... More

It was a disappointment after seeing how nice the rooms were, it may be 4* self catering but not as a hotel. We didn't get clean towels the same rust marks were on them, I placed dirty towel in the bath because it was dirty before we used it and they folded it and put it back. the food was... More

Booking on Lastminute for a holiday in mid August, we were understandably a bit anxious that there was a high risk of being ripped off by top prices for a low range hotel. But Akamanthea more than saw off our anxieties and we were really pleased with our holiday here. Other comments here are true - the main users here... More
