stayed in this hotel for two weeks..Reception Area needed a good clean and decorating the Receptionists needed to smile a bit more and be helpful to clients.. lifts were constantly going out of order..Carpets in the Corridors leading to the bedrooms were not clean it could have been redocorated. Well what can I say I have been coming here since 2000 and it just keeps getting better each year. The hotel is a looking a little tired round the edges, but aside from that we couldn't find fault. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was of an excellent standard.
