I stayed one night at this delightful hotel. It was clean and basic but with stunning views out to sea which you would normally pay a premium for. It's in a quiet location but adjacent to a very popular cafe which is very convenient if you want a quick meal without having to worry about transport. I would definitely recommend... More

We were on a budget and picked this hotel and it was really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's on a hill so you have a great view over the city and sea, both from the room and during breakfast. It's next to many museums, though the beach is obviously not at walking distance. The breakfast was... More

The hotel is situated on a hill so the view is really nice especially early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, but when we were trying to sleep at night the walls were very thin we could hear foot steps walking by and even the slightest noises made by other customers which was annoying.

We led a group of eleven people and our stay at Axiothea gave us a fantastic start to our holiday. The hotel was well placed for the nice part of Paphos and near good places to eat while the elevated position meant the views from the hotel were lovely. The rooms were quite basic but comfortable and clean and the... More

We stayed for 2 nights in the family room. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The views were fantastic from the room and also the breakfast room. The breakfast spread had a huge selection. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and revisit ourselves. All at a... More

Very clean, recently refurbished rooms. The views are superb and Andrea provides an excellent breakfast, especially his homemade jams and marmalades. Plenty of places to eat nearby. An altogether great budget hotel.

This hotel is around a 30 minute walk from the old sites of Paphos perched on a hill with great views of the sea if you get a sea view room. The owner is very friendly and puts on a great spread for breakfast. A great place to stay if you want to avoid the big tour buses and gentrification... More

We stayed at this hotel overnight 15/16 October, it is well situated in the heart of Pafos close to many local museums etc. it is spotlessly clean, the room we had was on the 3rd floor and the little extra paid for a sea view was well worth it, we even had a small balcony with a table and chairs... If I am fortunate enough to travel to Cyprus again, I would definitely stay in this hotel. It is simple, but clean and comfortable. The view is magnificent. The breakfast is lavish and delicious. Andreas and other staff are very personable and helpful, answering questions and facilitating travel. A good value.

I used to live in Axiothea in March 2013. This was really amazing time i've spent on Cyprus. Nice breakfast and room. Nice view from windows to the Paphos seaside. Andreas(the owner) is great and very intersting person. With wide range of knowleges of everything. And sure the coffee in the morning was so good! We have no such perfect... More
