This was our first stay at Kiniras Hotel. We were looking for a nice characteristic hotel away from the tourist traps and we came accross the Kiniras Hotel in Pahpos, Cyprus. We were made most welcome by the owner George and all his staff. It felt like we were staying with good friends. Everyday we had breakfast and dinner at... More

After touring the island and staying in many different accommodations, this is the place with more character that we found. Everything look old like from before the war (this is good), not like the 'cheap' almost soviet-style old hotels in other cities of the island. The room was cosy and very comfortable and quite, but the hot water is rather... More

I stayed for two nights in this quaint hotel. It is located very close to the bus station and the market area of the town. My room was at the back of the building, away from the traffic, and quiet. The décor is "old world" but the accommodation was comfortable, with bathroom attached. I had dinner on one night which... More

The owner stole over €100 from us saying the money we'd paid on account of food and drinks was a non refundable deposit because he didn't have the money to pay it to me. What? I stay at hotels all the time and I'm always paid back any unspent money on account. Not here! The hotel IS dirty. The best... More

My family stayed at Kiniras Hotel from 5 December until 11 December. As I had to return to the UK for business for 3 days I paid our hotel bill and I also gave the hotel owner €250 on account so that 1 My wife would not need to think about money when ordering lunch and dinner while I was... More

This is a very cozy, traditional and family style hotel. George the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Personal attention and very kind. They reserved a car for us to go from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night, so when we got there we didn't have to worry about getting a cab and give directions.... More

Atmospheric old hotel in the old town. Reasonably priced with continental breakfast. The rooms are fairly small and old fashioned but the beds are comfortable. The ensuite shower rooms are just about adequate but the hot water seemed to run out fairly early in the evening. The continental breakfast was quite good with most requirements met. The coffee was not very... More

The owners of the hotel kindly allowed us to change our dates and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived late in the evening. The rooms are eclectic, with lots of character and some interesting paintings on the walls. The shower door was a bit flimsy and fell apart on us a couple of times,... More

I stayed again at Kiniras beginning of September 2014, with my mom and 5 of my cousins. They loved it: the helpful staff, the lovely decor, the food, the quiet surrounding though not far at all from the harbor (2 min walk to the bus stop, 5-7 min ride to the harbour). Nothing was too much for Mr Gregoriou to... More
