Just got back from 2 weeks here and what a treat it was. The hotel was always clean, as was our room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was very good - always tasty and hot. As has been stated in numerous reviews this Hotel considers itself 3* and not 4* as some tour companies seem to suggest. So that should be borne in mind when booking. I'd recommend the Cynthiana as long as you have realistic standards and expectations. It is a 3 star hotel and doesn't get any where near matching the style of the Azia or Annabelle - but's it's prices are nowhere near either. And it is much better than the Queens Bay in my view.
