We have just returned from this hotel and it was amazing. The customer service was second to none. Upgraded us to a family suite and looked after us all very well. The room was spotless, as was the whole hotel and the food and facilities were excellant. We plqn to go back as soo as we can.

I spent a night at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the hotel looks very outdated, however the rooms have been renovated, the pool area is nice and staff are friendly. The hotel has free parking, is close to Pafos Harbour (by car or bus) and walking distance to the Tombs of the Kings and some of... More

I have just returned from this hotel with my husband. Who is Responsible for for giving this hotel 5 stars??? Personally i would rate this as a 3 star at the moment. The hotel is spoilt by the amount of Russian guests who are rude and their children who are left to run around throughout the complex including the dining... More

My parents are staying in this hotel I am staying elsewhere fortunately . Whilst the foyer and shared areas give an illusion of a spacious five star hotel look closer and you can see otherwise. My biggest concern is the absolute rip off with the all inclusive when someone has spend their hard earned or saved money to take what... More

Terrible and unexpected service, location and everything that goes to..... No beach : Extremely dangerous for swimming!!!! Was writhing on the big table in front of the beach!!! Very, very poor breakfast, no program during the day, as well as nights ( only Russians are enjoying on the stupid programs every nights) . No hospitality , very bad staff..... Warmly... More

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The hotel is not 5* and aimed at the Russians. The entertainment was terrible. It is advertised as having 3 restaurants but that implies some choice. One restaurant is used for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner although the outside tables are used for all three. I had expected... More

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 95 per cent of guests were Russian with hoards of children running wild until after 11pm at night. Entertainment was poor but for Russians in any case. Hotel over full when we were there . Has capacity of 400 ish but 500 guests staying so had to wait for tables in restaurants, pool... More

Booked this last minute hotel during 1/2 term with 2 children (2 & 7). Room was spacious and very clean- no complaints. Yes beds were a bit hard but not a problem. Pool was lovely- lots of sunbeds and they got extras out when it was busy. We knew before we went that the beach was out of bounds for... More

The hotel is tired and needs an injection of care and maintenance expenditure if it is to remain a good tourist hotel. The staff are not too smiley and client caring. The rooms are spacious but the beds are very hard. The cleanliness is just about acceptable. Internet wi-fi access is extremely slow and expensive (9 Euros / 4 hours).... More
