This review is quite overdue as we travelled to the Mayfair in August 2007! the hotel is ok, very basic but what do you expect for a 3 star? The hotel is kept clean and staff are happy to help if you tip them enough! The hotel is situated in the Russian part of Cyprus and is quite far away... more

Was recommended this hotel my Thomsons, and what a bad mistake it was! As myself and partner were going to paphos to get married with 30 guests joining us we wanted a lovely hotel which was ideal for all ages which Thomson insisted this was! We arrived late at night and even then thought WHERE ARE WE.... The area is... more

I stayed at this hotel at the end of October for 1 week. The hotel was a far better standard than I expected after reading some of the reviews, I found my room to be celaned to a very high standard and there was even clean spare bedding in the wardrobe as it was October and night time can get... more

Rooms are very basic, bathroom needed updating, two pools good luck in finding a space. Its like a concrete jungle when in one of the pools, its built up everywhere you look. The beach is a 10 min walk away,so no good... more

The Mayfair is quite a good hotel and the food and entertainment is excellent. The area outside the hotel is very scruffy and rundown and its a long walk to the sea front. We stayed in an apartment and it was in real need of updating. The bathroom was horrendous (avocado green). The pools and grounds of this hotel are... more

Highly recommended. Went with my parents, husband and brother. Hotel very pleasant. Friendly staff, reception, entertainment, waitresses and bar staff. Food decent. Rooms fairly basic, comfy beds and airconditioning. Everything that we asked to be sorted (eg kettle didn't work) was immediately rectified. would recommend more
