We stayed here for 5 days at the end of October 2009. Reading the other reviews we were a bit apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised with what we found. We thought this was similar to other Hilton hotels we stayed at. All the facilities you would expect are available at the hotel, staff are friendly and the quality and... more

Weather business or leisure this is not a 5 or even 4 * hotel. It does charge 5* prices! but not 5* service. we were disapointed with the resturant.....no table linen, staff standing talking, food cold and dry at the evening buffet. This hotel must be great if you are having a `do`. The weekend we stayed they had 3... more

The name Hilton is meant to evoke a certain luxury, but if you forget all that and adjust your expectations accordingly it is not a bad choice for a business trip (actually the hotel used to be called something else before it became a Hilton). It has ample conference facilities. NB: there is another Hilton in town so make sure... more

I stayed there for one night. The room was clean, simple but not at all 5-star. The staff very helpful and gentle. There is a large pool that I enjoyed. The entrance/lobby also looked old and used. The whole hotel is in need of renovation. Me and my wife asked for a glass of champagne at the lobby and we... more

We were referred to the Hilton due to a 12 hour delay from Paphos to Manchester with Thomas Cook so stayed here overnight and were quite relieved it was a Hilton hotel as it is well known. However, when we arrived in the rooms, it was really hot so we switched the air con on which was really noisy which... more

Stayed here for a wedding. The wedding itself was amazing - great service, great food and room was amazing. However, the rest of our stay was not as good. Firstly, the rooms need an update. Bathroom was shabby and needs to be brought up to date. Not enough satellite TV channels available. My phone was not working which I found... more

Stayed in this hotel at the end of March while attending a course that was in the hotel. Was a bit apprehensive after reading other reviews but have to admit that the hotel was OK. We only had breakfast and lunch (apart from 1 night) in the hotel and could not fault it, food selection was good and sevice was... more

I agree that this is Hilton by name only! Dirty, old, unfriendly staff and over priced drinks. Locals flooded in to use the pool for free while we were treated like second class citizens. I have no idea why so many cypriots get married there- what a dump! more

This is a Hilton in name and price only. There are areas that are very tired, areas of worn out carpet and poor decor. Unfortunately it is not near the centre of Nicosia, a 10 euro taxi for 3.5 km. It was quiet inside but I guess at busy times it could be noisy because most of the rooms are... more

I stayed for four nights at this hotel. Rooms were large enough but old furnitured. Personnel was mostly mannerless, nobody smiled! But the top was the parties! Every night we could not sleep due to live music, but the reception do not accept to change our room. For the same problem I heard complaints from other persons also. So next... more
