I thought some of the bad reviews were exaggerated, but I soon found out that they weren't! I arrived late evening & was allocated Room 19, which was like a seedy bedsit. The room was small & cramped, with patio doors leading on to a small balcony with dirty table & chairs. The room had 2 single beds pushed together... More

I visited the Jasmine in March 2014. I was at first impressed with the general appearance of the place, and especially the large double studio I was allocated (I'd booked an economy one). However small (and big) flaws soon became apparent. The general cleaning was poor - a grubby wash basin in the bathroon (nothing a good rub of Cif... More

Checked in at 5.30pm had checked out by 6pm on 15/4/2014. Had read reviews after booking and hoped it wasn't as bad as described, unfortunately it was worse! Guy at reception was very nice, however place is dark, dirty and dingy..in fairness could smell fresh paint in corridor but apt was very dirty and stale smelling. As a single woman... More

I booked this hotel before reading all the reports and was very worried what we had let ourselves in for, it is not the Hilton but we did not pay Hilton prices. First week of February season not open but still staff very helpful and friendly. I agree with other comments regarding the outside noise in the room we had... More

My wife and l stayed here for 4 weeks from 1st January 2014. We requested a poolside apartment as we had read reviews on trip advisor but on arrival we were put into one on the noisy roadside. It took a look of persuading from the rep to get us moved. The apartments are lovely and spacious however the standard... More

We stayed here in early January and despite the hotel being almost empty we were given a room on the ground floor at the front of the hotel backing onto a very busy road, it was very noisy day and night due to the traffic and didn't feel very secure. Our room was in very poor condition, there was a... More

Bed bugs in both rooms I stayed in. Pest control was called on the second week of are stay despite us complaining the first week nothing was done holiday was spoilt due to hotel. Constantly bitten during the nite with all doors and windows closed. All our clothes had to be sprayed and washed over 70 most of my clothes... More

We stayed for 3 nights. It was reasonable and spacious. It is on the tourist area and not far from the beach. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked ok. The only problem was the internet. No internet access unless you are sitting in the lobby.

The hotel itself looked pretty good, it was clean and the pool was really nice. However, our room did have a lot of problems e.g. a blocked sink (which the employees did nothing about), the toilet light went out now and then and although it was helpful for a maid to come and clean the rooms (she stole one of...
