Stayed in October for a week - room and pools were first class as were the staff - always on hand. Have nothing negative at all to say. Stayed from 17 Sept to 21 Sept ( P Menon) When compared to the other premium hotels, I think the service here is fantastic. Beautiful setting. Marvellous spa and the kids play area.
