Staff not particularly pleased to see you and if you were an all inclusive customer then they really treated you with no respect at all and looked at you grudgingly every time you ordered. Hello, just returned from this hotel. Definitely overrated! Old style hotel with carpets everywhere you look (the trouble is they are not vacuum cleaned enough).
