Arrived at Jasmine Court late on Saturday night, fortunatley my friend had stayed before so we were able to locate our room, not the best of welcomes at reception. Our room was not 5 star but that goes for other hotels in Kyrenia they are more like 2-3 The rooms are very dated, however, the hotel looks to be having... More

I stayed at the Jasmine Court in 2006 and had such great memories of this well presented, friendly hotel with attentive staff, good facilities and excellent food. So reading trip advisor comments before my return on 28 September did not concern me as surely these must be exagerations. Now that I am back home I can honestly say that each... More

Stayed for one week at the JCH. Arrived 8.30pm after 10 hours travelling. No facilities for food or tea or coffee. Had booked a junior suite with garden view but was taken to the back of the hotel to a room overlooking a building site. Very noisy. Floodlight on opposite building shone all night into our bedroom. Couldn't draw the... More

Where to start!!!! Without a shadow of doubt, truly the most run down, worn out and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! Rude, arrogant unhelpful staff, drab and dreary reception and guest rooms and grubby and very scruffy sun beds, umbrellas and towels. Arrived on day one, room not ready! Told to wait 30 mins! No offer of explanation,... More

The rooms are spacious, but dirty and dated, air condition in most of our eight rooms didn't work, safes were portable if you we're lucky to have one. One of our party had no lock on the door, when complained they suggested another card, but there was no lock to swipe the card. The breakfast buffet, no tea, fruit juices... More

Good location, large rooms, yet tired and old fashioned style decoration...There were building works going on during my stay in the middle of summer??? The management is recommended to complete the renovation works in winter season...Breakfast needs to be improved and the staff to be trained...Would be comfortable to stay, when renovation works are completed...Not ideal for families with children,... It is a big hotel with wide standard rooms, very nice pool area, good terrace and restaurant for dining and accompanied with one of the biggest casinos around. But management sucks, period. In door restaurant is hot and their a/c does not function properly, almost impossible to get a table outside during summer time. Good luck finding a waiter by... More

We stayed at Jasmine Court for 2 weeks and payed a very reasonable price for me and my partner. It's certainly not as bad as some reviewers stated but I wouldn't say the hotel deserves a 5* rate either. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy with clean towels and bed sheets everyday. We had toiletries topped... More
