We have just returned from our 14th visit and have booked to go again next year which speaks for itself. We were a little surprised to find a family with two young children there for nine days as we were under the impression that this was a 'no children' resort. A gourmet kitchen, an excellent selection of wines, one of the best and most entertaining restaurant manager I have ever seen in my life, the magic environment of the abbey right above the pool of the hotel, what else could I say? We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. The hotel is well run and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
