The hotel dates back to the 14th century with a very nice atmosphere. I had a large room on the street side, as the walls are thick and the windows of good quality I hardly heard the noise from the main street, hence I didn’t use the earplugs provided by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and acted as... More

This hotel was a main stagecoach stop on the road from Vienna to Milan since the 1300's. Our top floor corner room was very spacious. We loved the European duvets and the heated floor in the bathroom. Beautiful Villeroy and Boch tile details. Hosts were superb. Loved that it was right on the bus line back to the train station,... We stopped here for a quick lunch while driving from Zurich to Fussen. It was convenient. The food was very good but a bit pricy. Easy access to the castle and downtown. Free public parking across the street.

This hotel is almost as nice as they get. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very old. Wifi works fine, there are 200 TV channels to choose from. The hotel is by the main road but the sleep quality is excellent anyhow. Beds are really good. Breakfast is good and their restaurant excellent with their own wine. Really good service.... More

Our room was nice and the 600 year old building was very atmospheric. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I know Liechtenstein prices are off the planet but CHF300 (about £200) per night was extreme and would have expected slightly more attention to detail such as not having threadbare sheets and a telephone that didn't work. Would suggest seeking out... More

As a base for Liechtenstein and to explore eastern Switzerland this is the hotel. It is old style service with new style comfort. Felt like a friend visiting with reception received. Food and service were excellent. Despite roadside location slept well. You can walk to Vaduz center and the Castle. Parliament building is worth the walk. Philatelists will love the... More

Had the pleasure of a night here recently. The oldest hotel in Vaduz - it has bags of character. My large room was full of antique furniture and was very comfortable. A nice place to stay. Only gripe was the water temperature.

This hotel or "gasthof" has only 8 rooms but despite the size the family running it offers very professional and excellent service. The room that I stayed in was very nice with beautiful furniture. The bathroom was big with a bathtub and a shower in the tub. Nice and big towels. Everything was very clean. The room key is also... More

Don't look further if you are looking for an authentically stay in Vaduz. One minute walk from shops - a great restaurant in the hotel ( visited by locals which proves the quality ) Only use earplugs in bed for the morning traffic jam (which wasn't a problem for me)

I stayed at this hotel on April 18th. On that day, it rained. I walked town and went to Vaduz castle. I came back early in the evening and took dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. There was nothing to do, then I went to bed around nine o'clock. On the next day, I waked up early in the... More
