I had to attend a conference in Luxembourg, and me and my colleagues chose this hotel. It's supposed to be 4*, but I wouldn't give it more than 2.5 stars.

Reception was OK. The staff were friendly and effecient.

The lift. It barely holds 2 people and is very very slow. And if it's busy, it forgets your "order" and you have to be attentive to the little red light and keep pushing it so that it will eventually arrive at your floor for you.

The room was small. It seemed freshly painted, but the furniture was a bit old. There is no air-conditioning, and when it's 32C outside you need it. With open windows, the room is too noisy to sleep. Closed, and it's like a sauna. Travelling alone, I was given a room with 2 single beds - which is normal. However the 2 beds were pushed up against the wall, so during the night I banged against it many times. Little details like that should not be found in a 4 star hotel.
