This hotel is located at the most important avenue in the city of Luxembourg (10 minute taxi ride from the airport), witch is great for people, like me, who have to work in an office near by. At the door there is lots of buses going everywhere, and the railway station is in a 5 minute walk distance. Staff is... More

I'm thinking Hotels can buy their stars now... What to say, poor breakfast, old rooms, small and not comfortable. Location is good although far from city center it doesn't offer much. Good hotel for people who are lazy and sleep late, in this one you will be sure you want to leave the room.

This is a very average and old three-star hotel (despite the 4-star Golden Tulip label). Apart from the worn carpet it offers very plain rooms, with basic but correct bathrooms. I found the bed uncomfortable and the room unappealing. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. The location is good: a 10 minutes walk from both the train station and... More

Nothing particularly outstanding about this hotel - location is not bad and it is pretty cheap but the rooms are basic and is not the sort of hotel you would go to for a luxurious holiday. It is more of a hotel where you would stay if you were on business.

Hotel is located roughly 15 minutes away from the old city center. There are not many food or shopping choices in the hotels' neighborhood so most of your time will be going into the old city if you are there on vacation. We were able to park on the street for free but it was tough finding a spot and... More

Let's start with the pro's - good location, close to the station, not expensive, reasonably clean. On the con's side we have - no bar, no restaurant, basically equipped room (unimpressive bedding, poorly designed bathroom, wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers), poor wifi. I suspect they got their rating when they had a a restaurant.

Was staying here for a weekend with my friend. Good location between trainstation and citycentre. Both max 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good including enough croisants, meat and cheese. Hotel has no more restaurant. Rooms are oldish but clean. We had windows to the street which was bit noisy. Free Wi-Fi. In addition separate office room for guests... More

3 weeks in this hotel: Poor internet connection, unstable, not enough for a Skype call CHANGE PROVIDER Poor service - answer to the internet: wait 30 minutes (same answer every day) then, we have a LAN cable - the issue is the internet provider, not the WiFi signal!! IGNORING THE ISSUE DOESN'T HELP Cheapest iron + table ever, cable not... More

It is way too expensive for what you get. It is rated as a 4-star-hotel but the room is not more as a 3-star-hotel one (small spaces, the bed mattress is too soft in the middle). The bath is very clean though! The food for the brake-fast is diverse, whereas the ham and cheese are every day the same and... More

Just what we wanted. Clean, light, airy, with decent parking nearby (5 minute walk) and just a short walk from great views of the lovely city. Easy enough to find. Helpful staff. Breakfast nice and plentiful. Room was a little bit crowded for a triple (1 double and 1 single bed in the room, we had hoped for 3 single... More
