In very simple terms, all extras are extra, so for example breakfast was €24 euros, honestly for some bread, coffee and croissants that is terrible. Staff very nice and helpful. Northern edge of the city FAR away from anything of use (restaurants, shops, etc...). Room decor late 70's, old matress, old furniture, TV however was new.
