Nice place where to sleep in Sliema in front of the sea and Fortizza. well connected with Valletta and Paceville. Full of shops all around. Absolutely don't try breakfast here. Staff speak italian but only if you don't speak english at all. You can find an internet poin 2 euros per hour at the entrance

This hotel offers tremendous rates in the winter (for instance on booking.com), and I got a room with a seaview and a balcony for 17 euros for one person, including a simple budget breakfast. Why pay more ? Very well located for the public transport to visit the whole island of Malta.
