During my week in Malta with my girlfriend 03/05/2015-10/05/2015, I booked ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodation at the Plevna, having cancelled at another hotel, before flying out, because the tripadvisor reviews were simply so terrible , I could not risk a ruined holiday. The gamble paid off and we would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for making our... More

I booked 3 nights in May to stay for a short holiday with my mum. Everything was as expected. The staff were very friendly and helped with all our transport and tour booking requests. We felt very welcomed and well looked after. The room was basic but decent, same with the breakfast. Within a 2 min walk, you have access... More

Shortly after booking this hotel I received a charge of 12.60 Euros (£10.35) on my credit card from a company called Adajet. This was, apparently, the hotel checking the validity of my card. Bloody cheek! I have used my card all over the world and never had this happen before. They also demanded payment in full as soon as we... More

Plevna hotel was based in a really central location. The hotel was quite basic and clean. It was ran by helpful and welcoming staff, which is always great. There was plenty to do around this area of Sliema - we were very close to the shopping centres and supermarkets, and was only a short boat ride to Valletta (which is... More

I have just returned from a wonderful 5 day break in Malta, the Plevna hotel is a nice budget hotel in a quiet location off the main road so there is little traffic noise, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although there was a group of rowdy teenagers on the... More

We booked here as a good base for visiting Valletta as it easy to get the bus into the city. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was on a corner so had two balconies which made it light and airy. We found out that a lot of students... More

Dear Guest, Last week you wrote to us asking for our pet booking conditions and we told you that there is a small daily charge for a dog. that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant, bar and beach club and that dogs cannot be left alone in the bedroom for a long time. We cannot understand why you are... More

Fine for one night stay.Close to the shopping area. In the middle of residential area, close to the seaside. Swimming pool within the walking distance, but not at the hotel. Breakfast quite average. Hotel not easy to find.

A clean, friendly, basic hotel, and I'm sure that one could easily do far worse than this. Good location, close to the Sliema waterfront, shops etc. and bus stops (just €1.50 to ride all day). Dinner service closes early and we arrived with just 30 minutes to spare, so the receptionist kindly advised us to go directly into dinner, and... More
