stayed here in august 2010, got a sea view room which was a bonus, unfortunetly it was in the old part of the hotel, air con didnt work so we asked reception if they had any fans, the quite rude lady turned her head out of a massive fan which was positioned to keep her cool in the already excellently... stayed in August when it was really hot day and night. the air con needed the ceiling fan to cool the room but both worked well and kept us cool in the night. air con on whenever you need as long as you are in the room. beds ok but sheets never stayed on the small single beds. great location... I stayed for 4 nights on a bed and breakfast basis and found the hotel to be adequate for my needs. Although the room wasn't enormous it was big enough and it was clean, en-suite too.
