First the plus points: five star studio room was excellent. Marvelous eighth-floor view across the harbour to Valletta. Room solidly built, with no evidence of noise from adjoining rooms or corridor. Waiting nearly 30 minutes to book in after a long journey is not 5 star, not even with a glass of prosecco!
