I only stayed for one night, but is was perfect, and I could not fault anything...the room was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the pools.. Also had dinner there, it was a buffet, excellent, as was the breakfast.. Very friedly and helpful staff..would definitely go again.

We know Gozo well but have never stayed here before. we paid extra for a valley view room and it was worth it as the view was stunning. The room was basic but clean but needs updating. The air conditioning unit was very old and did not really cool the room so we just used the ceiling fan as it... More

Gozo is simply lovely. It's small - granted and it's fairly quiet - also granted. But it is thoroughly lovely. The Cornucopia is a stunning offering for a hotel / Bar / Restaurant in the area. it was just marvellous. The Night Porter, Tony, is a charm. He let us in, after arriving late from The UK and having supper... More

Cornucopia Hotel – Gozo Called at the hotel for lunch. It is set in quiet surroundings above a valley with country and distant sea views. The Cornucopia, a family-run hotel close to the village of Xagħra.
The meal was good, served hot by efficient staff. I did have a look around the hotel and noted the public areas looked comfortable and... More

The hotel has a very cosy family feel to it, and staff are friendly even the owner of the hotel came and spoke to us before we left. Our room was disapointing but price wise it was cheap. Unfortuanately I had a back problem and the mattress on the bed had no spring so I couldn't sleep but because we... More

Lovely old world hotel set within pretty gardens. Our room had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable - and we had our own terrace facing towards the swimming pool which was in a courtyard down a small set of steps and the restaurant was on the other side. The food was fantastic and compliments to the chef who cooked... More

We had a wonderful tie at the Cornucopia, the staff couldnt have been more helpful, the hotel food was good, especially the evening meals, The hotel setting was beautiful with tranquil views and peaceful surroundings. But, unfortunately we came at a time of renovation, the main swimming pool area was out of action, with no water or seating area and... More

We choose our accommodation based on review location and price. The hotel is very nice with a cute courtyard at the entrance. Staff were efficient but a little brusque at times. We were there in April and one of the pools was closed. The room had a very nice view but had a musty damp smell, although the ensuite was new.... We chose the Cornucopia because of it's location and because of the pictures and reviews. We found the reservations team to be efficient and helpful and were very much looking forward to our holiday. It was disappointing that only one pool was open but perhaps the weather was unseasonably warm for April. The breakfast was very nice and in the... More
