The Cornucopia. This Hotel still retains its rustic charm. Very warm welcome from Brian, the General Manager. Superb room overlooking valley. Room absolutely spotless. Two swimming pools. Plenty of sun loungers. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. There is an improved local bus service for those who do not wish to hire a car. We had a car as... More

Warm welcome, spacious room, a little tired perhaps but immaculately cleaned. The grounds were lovely, breakfast excellent. The table d'hote meals were very good value but....you couldn't get a decent coffee. Bar prices were very fair. The pools were well kept and very pleasant. Well recommended

Fantastic, get a room by the pool on the ground floor, really cheap go so wine and enjoy the barbecue. Relax and chill out. Very friendly and helpful staff, absolutely no negatives to this place. A rental car is a good idea for day trips.

I visited Gozo to attend a wedding. My brother hired a "cottage" at the Cornucopia hotel. It consisted of two bedrooms with bathroom en suite, a lounge/dining room and kitchenette. The balcony had the most stunning views of smallholding farmland right down to Masalforn on the sea. Off the balcony was a swimming pool, shared by two cottages.A wonderful hotel,... More

We chose the Gozo and the Cornucopia as the destination for our Honeymoon following an immensely enjoyable holiday there 3 years ago. Returning to a place you have enjoyed so much can be a risky business but I am happy to report it was business as usual at The Cornucopia: in this instance the business being ensuring you have a... We have stayed at this charming hotel many times and Brian along with his fantastic team always make us feel very welcome. It is a secluded haven and a great place to relax and unwind. Two beautiful pools and pretty terraces to quietly chill in th sun. The villages centre is only a 10 minute walk where the friendly Gozoan... More

Stayed here as my wife was attending Piliates Retreat & ended up joining in. The Pilates was fantastic - much to my surprise (thanks Lara) & hotel great. Staff couldn't do enough. Bungalows were like individual villas with superb views. Four swimming pools. V average breakfast but great lunch & evening meals. Free WiFi in hotel but had to pay... More

We stayed here for five nights at the beginning of June and really enjoyed the experience. The room was excellent, but we had paid a little more for one with a wonderful view of the valley. The only, very minor, quibble is that the wifi connection in the rooms isn't free, as it is in the public area. The food... More

Recently returned from a weeks holiday here, our second visit to Gozo, but first to the Cornucopia. The hotel is charming - no high-tech, ultra modern, `afraid to touch` atmosphere here, but an altogether warm, welcoming and heart warming place to spend a holiday! The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and fresh linen, changed... More

parts of the building are original with then addition of many rooms and bungalows with various pools. It is a quiet area not on the sea but distant sea views from some rooms(including the bungalows). A little old fashioned but this adds to the charm!
