Our room had a lovely outlook but it had a dreadful smell of damp although the room was spotlessly clean and there was no evidence of any damp. It smelt as if it hadn't been used for months. Great Stay, we really enjoy the Hotel and the dinner was amazing we had the steak and lamb it was the best we have had in Perth for a long time. My partner played gold and said the course was very challenging.

The Vines has tremendous facilities (except for the gym which is looking very tired) The location is quiet, remote and very pleasant.
