Really enjoyed our stay here. Cute place, very clean, not far away Laugavegar (About 10 min walk). Had a fabulous run up to Perlan and paths around there. Only drawback was wifi was not available in the rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and loved the pretty breakfast area. Also, every time I had a question, I was emailed back almost immediately.... More

I chose Snorri's Guesthouse for our last night in Iceland, after several days in the north, for its convenience and good Trip Advisor reviews. My husband and I were delighted at the size, comfort, and luxury of our 2nd floor room and private bath (shower), as well as with the location. Reading lights on each side of the bed, excellent... Snorri's is within walking distance of the main shopping street and yet in a residential area. Our room was quiet, clean and had a private bath and a balcony. The fresh bread at breakfast was terrific and there was always fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. Great way to start the day. Magnus was very helpful and the staff as well.... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. We were very happy with our room. Magnus is very helpful. Breakfast was all we needed. We want to return and would certainly stay here again.

They welcomed us at 3AM with no problem. Breakfast is recommended. Magnus very helpful and kind. Not that far from city center (even if other accomodation are closer). On the negative side: the guesthouse is on a busy road and during the night we could feel vibrations of trucks passing by.

We booked a room for 5 days at this guesthouse, and we do not regret it! It was easy to get there when we arrived at the bus station: you can walked 10 minutes or use the free shuttle. You room was very clean and calm. Breakfast is good (great warm bread!) and it is also possible to use the... More

I stayed at Snorri's for three nights with my husband and found it was an excellent guesthouse. We arrived from the airport late at night and Magnus was there to greet us. Our room was clean and comfortable, though if you are tall you might want to request a room which isn't on the top floor as we had sloping... More

If IKEA were to open a bed and breakfast, it would look a whole lot like this place! Smart and functional, this place did everything right. Super clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff... Gave good and honest advice on navigating the many Iceland tours and whatnot. Typical good and healthy breakfast and free wifi. Our room was big and... More
