Reception/Cociergerie : Always charming and helpful. Room: well equipped, comfortable, good size, lots of light, quiet (at rear). The hotel itself was really large, and the restaurant, bar and spa services were more than adequate. However, the reception staff and bartenders did not seem to be in the mood for chatting and reccomendations. The Nordica in a nutshell. A 2km walk from the city (they have a shuttle bus if you're lazy - but then of course, Iceland isn't for you).
