Taking the different price structure of hotels in Iceland into account, this hotel was not a bad choice. We had a fine, comfortable stay. I understand that there are many different apartments, which vary greatly in design and size. Ours did not have any frills but all the basics. The kitchen was clean, the sitting area was spacious albeit a... More

The staff was very friendly & helpful! The pictures on the computer of this hotel look great but in reality my room was very different from the pictures. It is possible that it was just my room and all the other rooms are great. I think the room was probably nice at one time but now is in need of... More

This hotel was a great place to stay. In the middle of shops and restaurants -a Perfect location. We walked to information just a block away. We Loved having a fridge and stove! Staff was very helpful.

I'll start with this- it's not a terrible hotel, but it's pretty similar to staying with your 20 year old cousin who just got their first place. Mismatched towels and dishes, all of the utensils that make you say "why would I need this?" and very few of the ones you actually need. The location is good, but very thin... More

We were here for two nights, after a week spent in the South of the island. We were grateful for the stylish environment and high speed internet wi-fi (although be aware of the restrictions) but could have done with a little more quiet. Extremely helpful staff and absolutely perfect location. The apartment is very stylish - more than we could... More

We had a great time in Reykjavik and partly because of the great location and having a place to relax and hang when we wanted. The apartment has been designed very well but it is clear this was quite some years ago because it is starting to fall apart. Wet bathroom floors are not what we expected for the price,... More

The location is probably best thing about this small hotel. Its only off the main shopping street. There were some issues with cleanliness of the room but the staff was helpful to solve this quickly.A bit strange decor and no door to bathroom but from watching Icelandic people, privacy is not their top agenda. I was also really surprise that nobody takes... More

For the center of Reykjavik, this is great value for money. It looks like a Boutique hotel, but the 'design' in the apartments is rather second degree. (I had to fix one of the closets). The system with the sliding doors in the kitchenette is not good, there is no hood (extractor) either and the shower looks nice, but the... More

Please note that this is not a regular hotel with a reception desk: the apartments are on different streets in Reykjavik. That said, ask for address before you arrive so you have something to tell your cab driver. The apartment we had was modern and spacious, and everything was clean and worked well, apart from the shower (which could benefit... More

We stayed here on our last night in Iceland we found it to suit just our needs. First off the check in office is hard to find. We drove down the street a few times thinking we must have missed the sign, eventually we parked, and walked up and down the street and finally saw the little silver plaque. Once... More
