5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. It was very clean and comfortable and seemed to have been very recently renovated. The kitchen and bedroom were really spacious, the bathroom less so but adequate. The best thing about the apartment was the location. It couldn't be more central, with shops, restaurants and attractions within a few minutes' walk. The... More

I stayed in room 158 and was amazed by the view when I first walked into the room! The apartment itself was perfect. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect as it had a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker top so you had the choice of making your own food or eating out. I stayed... More

We had room 157. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen (large) dining/living room. Very nice. View to the fjord. Central, so some noise at night, but not really any problem. Good service. Fresh towels every day. Third floor, no elevator - be aware. Not a problem for us. We enjoyed it here, absolute to be recommend for bigger families or... More

if you read other reviews of this hotel, and they say there was not a view....let me tell you, they were staying in the wrong room. ive just spent a weekend here looking at the mountains north of Reykjavik from my bed....possibly the most dramatic scenery one can see from a hotel bed, not to mention it was one of... We stayed in room 404 for 3 nights. it was just as we wanted. Kitchenette was well equipped. Jacuzzi in the bathroom was very enjoyable. View from the room was not fantastic, but it's not what we need. It can get a little noisy in the evening due to pubs outside, noise doesnt really bother us much.

We went for a birthday treat and the room didn't have a view and was far from luxury, 2 star max I'd say. The kitchen was Atwood ring electric cooker. Very central but this means the street noise carries on until 4.30am!!!! Very poor value, iceland is awesome though, go and stay somewhere else

Just a one night stay for our first night in Iceland. Room with a View couldn't be more central if they tried. Room was of a decent size & had a modest kitchen area for those self catering. The bathroom was across the hall, which was a bit of a pain. Not the best night sleep as the sound proofing... More

Myself and 4 friends have just arrived home after a 4 night stay at these lovely apartments, which are smack bang on the 'main' street. We had a 2 bedroom apt. Room 401, next to the lift which did not disrupt us with any noise. One double bedroom had on suite bathroom/shower. The other room had 2 double beds and... More

To be honest we want for a budget studio as it was cheap. When we arrived we found a really nice room, yes it may have been a little rough round the edges but these didn't spoil the stay. Basic kitchen facilities, which allowed us to take packed lunches on the tours. Room was noisy on a weekend as it... More

Apprecaited the central location of this hotel. Rooms were spacious and very modern. All the ammenities that you could think of were provided and was great, after having traveled for a week, to have the ability to actually cook our own meals. Bed was comfortable. Shower was modern. Within walking distance to most major sites in town. Jessica (I think)... More
