We were so lucky to have found the Rey Apartments. Our apartment was on the ground floor and opened out onto a small courtyard. It had oven, microwave, utensils etc. The beds were so comfortable, best we have ever slept in whilst on holiday and although we were only there for 4 days the bedding was changed during our stay.... We loved our stay at the Rey Apartments in Reykjavik. The location was perfect as was the apartment itself. I think we had room 107, which was in a separate small building behind the main hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the rooms were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was sleek and modern. I was surprised... More

I was really pleased with these appartments and they were better that I expected given the relatively ( for Iceland) good price . The location is brilliant , on a quiet side street about mid way along the main town street , and all the buses pick up here . The apartment was clean, bright and modern with utensils to... More

Our family stayed at the Rey Apartments Hotel. The location was very convenient to walk to restaurants and various sites. The room was comfortable for our family. We actually had our two adult children with us, so the room configuration wasn't ideal, but was fine for a short stay. The kitchen was convenient and had what we needed. We arrived... More

We are very glad to have chosen the Rey Apartments. It was an excellent location, quiet, yet close to everything. We reserved a superior studio, but it turned out to be a one-bedroom. The separate living room/kitchen was large and very well equipped. We were delighted to have so much space and could have cooked a fine meal had we... More

Let me just start by saying that this was my first experience with this type of lodging. I usually stay at traditional hotels, but we thought this would be a nice alternative. We had a good experience booking as we had a few questions which we e-mailed and were answered back quickly. In our e-mails we mentioned that our plane... More

Location in heart of downtown is convenient but makes for noisy middle of the night bar crowds outside the window on weekends, but that was nothing compared to how loud the apartment above us was. Stomping and talking was so loud it definitely made it hard to sleep. Besides that the apartment was lovely- clean, modern, warm and inviting. We... More

We stayed here for a week in November 2013 in a one bedroom apartment. The location of the hotel is great, a quick walk to everything you need. We had a rental car and though the parking is limited for the apartments, we only had to pay for a spot once in the week we stayed. The staff were really... More

We stayed two nights at Rey Apartments in the center of Reykjavik. The apartment was spacious and clean. It looked like a showroom at Ikea ;). There was everything we needed. Refrigerator, water cooker and even a little balcony from which you could see Hallgrimskirkja (famous church). The location of Rey is perfect to discover Reykjavik by foot. Everything is... More

Great location, Clean, Nice Big rooms, Helpful staff. Good price. I would stay there again. I only wish check in was sooner. But they will watch your bags until the 3pm check in . It was a good start to our riding iceland horse tour . Thank You Rey.
