This is the worse hotel i have ever slept . It was not cheap (more than 100 EUR) and very disgusting . The owner gave us a room in a cellar which was stinking very awful ... The washing water in the bathroom was also stinking . Unbelievable , that the owner do not shames himself for renting that kind... More

The location is execellent with 10 mins walk to BSI terminal. Fly bus is inside BSI which provides 24 hrs extensive services incl. Local tour, luggage storage & bus route to various sightseeings in Iceland. Bedroom is clean and tidy. Private Washroom is with comfortable size & clean & tidy. Breakfast is acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife in July. Since it was a peak season because of white nights and other hotels were expensive or inconvenient location, I chose here with lower cost. I booked the twin bed room with bathroom, but our room did not equip them. According to the hotel, we could use the bathroom in front... More

Very convenient location, short walk from the bus station. Basic, fairly clean room. Nice simple breakfast. The number on the booking email is incorrect. Be prepared to have to ring some (an international mobile call for most) and wait ten minutes to be let in

Had to stay here despite terrible reviews. Unmaintained grounds/hotel. Worst breakfast in 8 days -- did I say worst? Worst. Threadbare sheets. Dirty bathroom -- hair from previous guests, etc. Scalding to freezing showers in both of our rooms and staff told us: "that's never happened before" instead of investigating and fixing. Should we be glad for only one 1st... More

Having read all the reviews here I can only agree with the unfavourable ones. My first impression was that it was derelict, the "gardens" were overgrown with weeds coming up between the paving stones on the path. It was dark and foreboding at the rear of the building where we waited for someone to arrive at reception from elsewhere?? He... More

STAY AWAY from TRAVEL INN GUESTHOUSE. And from GUESTHOUSE PAVI. The same old man (extremely rude and corrupt) is in charge of both these hostels. He ALWAYS : a. Charge you much more than on your printed quote. b. Look for trouble with the tourists, with the hope that the tourists will move out (then he can keep their money).... More

This is the cheapest accommodation you can find in Reykjavik and it's just across the road from the bus station where the flybus to the airport arrives/departs - these would be the only two reasons to stay at this place and hence the two stars. When you get there you have to phone the owner to let him know that... More

My husband, sister-in-law, niece and I stayed here for two nights on our way to Europe in late June as a kickoff to our vacation. My first impression was not favorable. We flew in early and got to the bus station in Reykjavik and were within walking distance to the hotel, even with tons of luggage, which was very nice.... More
