First impressions were this hotel was built to accommodate stranded passengers by Icelanair. The rooms (or the one I hadn't) are small but functionality The bathroom was small as well but posed no problems Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast Good WiFi No complaints You get what you pay for

The hotel is nice and run well. Rooms were more than sufficient for our needs. This hotel can be busy at times as a lot of package deals to Iceland will use this hotel (related to Iceland Air I believe). Our flight arrived to Iceland very early in the morning, and our room was not ready. This is a challenge... More

We arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't ready. I asked if breakfast was included but was told no, breakfast for you starts tomorrow. Breakfast was OK, didn't change any the time we were there. The staff were efficient although not particularly friendly. We were given a bus pass so we used the bus to get to the... More

Natura is the only hotel on the 'rock' to boast a pool and hot tub fed by the natural geothermal springs here. despite being close to the airport, the noise is incredibly minimal, and you may find you never want to leave the warmth and comfort of the pool area! the rooms, having once been Icelandair Crew hotel rooms, are... The Hotel is located just outside of town beside the Regional Airport. Rooms are clean, sparse and small compared to North American rooms. Reminded us of a room on a cruise ship. They do include a hot water kettle and a small fridge. Check in was easy and staff are friendly and everyone speaks English. Hotel is about a 20... More

This is a wonderful efficient hotel. As part of a package deal on Icelandair, I have stayed here twice. All the staff speak English better than I do and are very courteous and professional. From room staff to front desk to the gift shop, where you can book tours, all is great. In the gift shop, we were able to... More

Bucket list trip to Iceland. Hotel owned by Icelandic Airline adjacent to City Airport - although no noise. Convenient; all local bus lines connect with hotel. Thus, easy to get downtown to eat, shop, and browse with free vouchers from hotel. Purchased as part of land package with Icelandic Air travel agency. Fantastic breakfast buffet; wonderful and courteous staff. Assisted... More

This hotel is very well located for excursions out of Reykjavik, as it is right by the central bus station and provides easy access for large vehicles. The domestic airport is at the back of the building, they're just tiny planes though so I didn't notice any noise. As it's not in the city centre, it's less good if you're... More

This hotel was part of a package tour offered by Icelandair. Check-in was easy, and the staff was very prompt and always friendly, no matter what questions or requests we had. The rooms are small but clean. The tv was an old tube style, which did not work. Free wifi in the room worked fine. The bed was comfortable; there... More

We spent a delightful 3 nights at the Natura as part of a package offered by Iceland Air. Located just outside the city center proved to be perfect. The hotel makes city bus passes available for their guests at no charge. During peak hours buses run every 15 minutes and it is less than a 10 minute ride to the... More
