Great hotel but with as few things that need improvements. Visited a year ago in June, and it was very hot, but the hotel has no AC, i asked for a fan and got one,but with difficulty. The staff is a bit cold towards helping out. i booked this hotel because it is within walking distance to the domestic airport.... More

Everything is good with the hotel except the location. It's a bit of walk to downtown. Great service and room was clean. It's next to the regional airport so get a room facing the parking lot. It's across from the Perlan. It's probably ok place if you get a good rate and don't mind a walk to downtown.

The Hotel is located quite a bit outside the main city center but you can get a free bus pass to use the public transport to get into town. Not to far away is the Perla and a small public beach. The rooms are modern and good.

This hotel is outside of town, but we were able to walk into town in about 15-20 minutes. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to take a bus into town easily as well. We ate breakfast and a dinner in the hotel and were pleased with the food.... More

Stayed one night while passing thru Reykjavic for business. Located right next door to the FBO for general aviaition aircraft. You literally walk thru the FBO and onto the hotel property. There did seem to be a lot of tour groups. During check-in, it certainly slowed things down. Not sure if any of the Reykjavic hotels are any better as... More

It's far from the interesting parts of Reykjavik, and it's a zoo because there are so many tour groups. Breakfast was sheer pandemonium. They ran out of a lot of things, which they barely seemed to notice. The spa is the best part of this hotel--the pool is outstanding. The rooms have been refurbished but are very small. The front... I had the pleasure of traveling with a group of 50 travelers to Iceland last June for a week. The staff was very helpful and patient when checking us in and out and extremely efficient in getting us situated in our rooms. The breakfast each morning was delicious and so were the dinners. It was very easy to get to... More

This hotel has a great breakfast- gravlax, herring, lox, tuna , great bread and other regular food choices. A bi-lingual staff who are ready to aid you in anyway possible. This hotel is spotless, simple and remember -you can drink the water from the tap!

This was a fantastic hotel. We unfortunately only stayed one night but wish we had stayed more. Having a rental car means it takes no time to drive to downtown reykjavik (maybe 5 minutes). The hotel is very well appointed. The restaurant near the lobby is fantastic with amazing staff. For the prices in iceland, a 3000ISK buffet lunch is... More

We stayed at this hotel for our 4 day stopover in Iceland prior to our trip to Europe. The price was appealing to us and we were going to rent a car anyways so being central didn't matter to us. (5 mins away by car from downtown Reykavik). Our room was sweltering even with the ac on. We were surprised... More
