We stayed here for 3 nights in October and after I realised we had booked by the airport I was a little apprehensive. However I was pleasantly surprised. The location was not a problem at all. Although a 20 minute walk to the main centre we didn't need to walk as we got a free bus pass. The bus departs... More

Location: Is about a 20 minute walk from the edge of the downtown area (near bus station) another 10 or so minutes from the area around the old harbor. Across the street from a nice walk up to the Pearl. City bus runs every 30 minutes to the downtown area (on the way back pay attention to the direction that... More

This was the designated hotel for our Icelandair break. We had stayed here 20 years ago when it was called the Loftleider. Though the public areas have undergone a huge renovation since then, the guest rooms remain very simple. Though sparsely furnished, the bedrooms are warm, clean, and comfortable with excellent duvets. There's ample storage space and lighting. The bathrooms... More

This hotel was simply ok and somewhat overpriced. After staying at several other hotels I found the view lacking. The room was a decent size but they mixed up the rates. We were charged for an extra person and this was only corrected when I noticed it. I was also told breakfast was included. It wasn't.

Stopped in the Natura for a 3 night Northen Lights break in October. Hotel is really pleasant with art sculptures around and about. Staff lovely and attentive. Hotel room ok, a little basic and no air conditioning, but really clean and just what needed. Bed really comfy. we weren't disturbed by noise of small airport behind. Breakfasts better if you... My partner booked us here for four days as a surprise birthday holiday in mid-October. The hotel is nice, with a lot of artwork and sculptures dotted around which give it a funky feel. They seem to cater a lot to groups of commercial parties/conferences as every day there was always a lot of suited and finely dressed businessmen and... More

Very unhappy about the service. We were told we would need to wait at least two hours for a room. Our vacation package provided special morning check in so that we could rest from our overnight flight. They could have offered complimentary breakfast but did not. This trip was booked through icelandair travel. So far not very happy with this... More

My partner and I spent a week at this hotel in March and found it to be a great little place. Very modern, clean, well maintained place with friendly helpful staff. The free bus passes on offer are handy although we chose to walk into the city centre most times. This was often a treacherous journey thanks to the snow... More

I stayed at this hotel twice, both at the beginning and end of a weeklong stay in Iceland. It is a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. It is next door to the domestic airport and a short walk from The Perlan. Free bus passes are available for a short ride into the city center. The hotel restaurant is wonderful and... More
