We booked this hotel based on the price and the various reviews. Upon arriving at the hotel an hour late, limited staff and no assistance with bags as we entered. The receptionist said he would help us after check in but that is rather hollow after having to pay the taxi and get into the hotel on your own. The... More

Great location in Reykjavik but the hotel needs a facelift. We asked to move from our first room, whereas the bathroom was not in a good state. The staff was friendly and the second room was much better, yet a bit dated. I hope they will rennovate the hotel soon. the breakfast was very good!

Just come back from Radisson Blu Saga. It's location was great a nice 15 minute walk to the centre of Reykjavik. Staff lovely couldn't do enough for you. Got wine and pineapple with nicely decorated chocolate on for my birthday. The room was large with tea/coffe, fridge and safe all included in the price. Only ate breakfast in the hotel... More

The rooms are small, but cozy. Our door to the balcony on the top floor didn't work, unfortunately. We were originally on the second floor but there was a plumbing issue that caused the hotel to have to move us. The hot water is all extremely hot. Proceed with caution. The hotel staff were unbelievably helpful when it came to... More

Lovely hotel. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Room lovely and warm. Although the decor was a little dated the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bar food, although somewhat limited was tasty and fresh. Restaurant was lovely but I preferred to eat in the bar. Delicious.

We went to Iceland with another couple and stayed in the Radisson Blu Sage. We booked at the same time, on the same day. After bing there a couple of days It became very obvious that our rooms were VERY different. Their room faced the sunset and had twice the living space, twice the storage space and twice the bathroom... More

The bedroom is one of the biggest I have encountered in this star grading category and has a fairly comfortable bed. The work station is excellent. The only problem we had was the cleaning service. We left the hotel for an early excursion and got back at 15h00 to find that the room had not been made up. The hotel... More

Didn't like the exterior of the hotel. Bedrooms are small and dated. Lovely bar and restaurants with good good but expensive. Breakfast was ok not ideally suit for coeliac. Gluten free bread was horrible ! Great location for our tours. Did walk into town several times at least 15 mins walk . I don't think I would return as seen... More
