The stock photo the Hotel uses does not do justice to this charming hotel .. This is actually close to being boutique in style. . The Room was tastefully presented with an excellent Queen bed ..sound proofing was good . we did not stay during the lively Fri Sat night mentioned elsewhere.. The location is brilliant . You are near... More

Really good place to stay. I had a problem with my TV (which was me not able to figuring it out to use) The staff was very friendly and showed me how to use the cable TV. For this little inconvenience I was not charge for breakfast, which I might add the breakfast was great very delicious. Also the hotel... More

My friend and I had a week stay at this lovely hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was great - amazingly helpful and friendly staff, wonderful room with a big bathroom, awesome view from a huge balcony and hard working cleaning crew that made our stay special!

The staff are among the most helpful I've experience (topped only by a very top line hotel in china, and the cost for this was very reasonable. The desk person ensured we knew how to get to the bus stop which is very nearby, upgraded our room as I did not know that my daughter counts as another adult so... More

Extremely swank hotel with comfortable beds and views over the main strip. A bit on the expensive side especially for breakfast. Got the room for $160 thru hotels.com so I can imagine the regular rate being higher. Bathroom in the room which is nice but has a smell of sewer gasses coming from it so it's imperative to keep the... More

I booked this hotel at very short notice due to some plans falling through. Upon arrival I was told that there were no rooms vacant and that something had gone wrong in the system that allowed my booking to go ahead. I thought I would be turned away and have to find somewhere else, but instead Thor (front desk) showed... More

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to joining a tour and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were small by American standards, but average by European standards. There were room darkening curtains that really helped since it never got really dark. Rooms were clean and staff nice and accommodating. The location is superb. Of course, this did make... More

We stayed here for 4-nights during a recent trip to Reykjavik. It was easy to walk to shopping, Music Hall, restaurants. They have an included buffet breakfast, which is great because food in Iceland is EXPENSIVE, (We went to buffet at another hotel, that had the same food and it costs US $20!) Our room 256, overlooking the back area... More

Great place to stay. The location is centrally located so it is easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful but Anna was amazing. She took such good care of us. She made reservations at the theater and restaurants and called ahead to our other... More
